Hubnar processes data so merchants can attribute their Google Ads sales — and deletes it when you ask. Here is exactly how each request works.

CASE 01 — STORE CUSTOMERS

You bought from a store that uses Hubnar

Contact the store you purchased from and ask them to delete your personal data. Shopify forwards that request to every app the store uses — including Hubnar — and we delete the personal data linked to you (identifiers, order details used for attribution).

This is the standard Shopify privacy-request flow — you don't need to contact us directly, but you can.

CASE 02 — STORE OWNERS

You run a store with Hubnar installed

Uninstall Hubnar from your Shopify admin. Shopify notifies us, and your store's data — tracking records, conversion logs, connection tokens — is deleted from our systems as part of the uninstall process.
