Install the app → you accept these terms, on behalf of your store.
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between Ronevy LLC ("Hubnar", "we") and the merchant installing the app ("you"). By installing or using Hubnar you confirm you're authorized to bind the store you install it on.

Hubnar reports your Shopify store's conversion events to your own Google Ads account and shows you attribution insights.
Hubnar captures ad click identifiers on your store, attributes orders to them, and reports conversion events (purchases and, where enabled, funnel events) to the Google Ads account you connect — server-side. Features may evolve; material reductions in core functionality will be communicated.

Keep your store and Google accounts secure, comply with Google's and Shopify's rules, and tell your customers about tracking in your own privacy policy.

Billing runs through Shopify — same invoice as everything else. Free trial included. Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.
All payments are processed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. Plans are priced by order volume, start after the free trial, and recur automatically until cancelled. Uninstalling the app stops future renewals; charges already incurred within a billing cycle are not refunded except where required by law or at our discretion.

Don't abuse the service, probe it, resell it, or use it to send Google data you're not allowed to send.
You may not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit data you lack the right to transmit. We may suspend service for abuse or security risk.
Hubnar and its software, design and content remain our property. Your store's data remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

We work hard to capture and report every conversion — but Google decides what it accepts, and no tracking on earth catches 100% forever. The service is provided "as is".
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, or that every conversion will be captured, matched or accepted by Google — attribution depends in part on factors outside our control, including Google's processing, Shopify's platform and your store's configuration. Reported figures are for your operational use and are not accounting records.

We're not liable for indirect losses; direct liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Leave anytime by uninstalling. We can terminate for breach. Your data gets deleted after uninstall.
You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate for material breach or security risk. Upon uninstall, your store's data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy and data deletion page.
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
